So here is our list of the top 6 Ps5 games you need to play;

Astro’s Playroom

First on our list of the top PS5 games you need to play is the PS5’s pre-installed Astro’s Playroom. This game is more of a product showcase of the PS5’s dual sense controller and it is installed on all PS5 consoles but it is definitely worth playing. The best way to know how to use your PS5 to its maximum capabilities is by playing this game. Astro’s playroom should be the first game you play before any other.

You would appreciate Playstation more with this game. There are different worlds you can explore, each world celebrates different eras of PlayStation software. As a player, you will experience the evolution of PlayStation and know why it’s your top choice. Discover collectables, shoot ball guns in space, fly a glider and even fight monsters in space. You experience all these different sensations while learning how to use the dual sense adaptive triggers. The game immerses you with 3D audio while pleasing you with crystal clear- 4k visuals.

Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla

Ubisoft shows it never tires when it comes to the Assassin’s Creed franchise. The franchise’s latest entry: Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, is a redefining game that explores Vikings. Thanks to the PS5 you can view environments like icy mountains and rivers in 4k. And you can explore the period when Vikings made their first entry into England. In fact, forget everything you thought or knew about Assassin’s Creed because the experience of this game is unique. You can sack monasteries and set up your Norse settlement, also uncover new gear. Using the axe on enemies would be a part you’ll like if you’ve been a fan of the franchise for a while. There are even drinking competitions where you have to beat your opponent by lasting longer.

This game would make you love the Viking life even more than you already do, including bringing down kings to forge alliances, plundering the towns and travelling with your crew to ravage new towns. Basically, Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla gives you the full Viking experience

God of War

For a gamer or someone interested in gaming, you must have heard of God of war or played it. The God of War has a better feel on the PS5 than the PS4. Most rebooted games usually miss but God of War is an exemption. God of War has a captivating story and a near-perfect world. The action is very satisfying, blow after blow equals joy when your PS5 is running on the stable 60FPS on Performance mode. Though running this would mean settling for a lesser 1080 resolution rather than the 4k. But who has time to view surrounding graphics when you’re engrossed in combat?

God of War was already one of the best games on PS4, and it still delivers better on PS5. If you haven’t played it yet then the PS5 version would be an incredible first time. The PS5 version is also a great excuse to replay the game again.

Demon’s Souls

This game is a remake of a 2009 PS3 game and it is a perfect description for a step up. The visuals of this game are marvellous and it will stun you. This game will test your patience as a gamer. It’s one of those games that will take you through dying a thousand times before winning games. But believe me when I say it’s entirely worth it; I mean, what’s better than a properly designed graphic death?

If you played the 2009 Demon Souls game, you’ll see that this remake is true to the original. The monsters and difficulty are still at peak level. However, you get new weapons, armours and new consumable grains to use on your adventure. And if you haven’t played the original, that’s also fine, you won’t get lost or confused. Demon Souls easily tops any list of best visuals for PS5 games and it would just be wrong to not play it.

Ghost of Tsushima

Ghost of Tsushima was also one of the best games for Ps4, easily in the top 3 categories on any list. And thankfully, Ghost of Tsushima didn’t fall back in its PS5 version. Like God of War, it’s worth replaying. The action and photo visuals of the game were already impressive but Ps5’s 60FPS performance feature takes it up a notch. You can go wild when in combat and honestly might not want to stop because of the smoothness in performance.

A bonus of the Ps5 version is the free legends mode. This mode is a multiplayer mode that allows you to co-op with other players to go on raids. The Ps5 remake is on a different level because you get to enjoy high graphics quality and quick response in action.

Spiderman: Miles Morales

Finally on our list is Spiderman: Miles Morales. A sequel to the 2018 Spiderman game and one of the most anticipated games of 2020, Miles Morales' version of the game has more heart in it and the gameplay would definitely make you feel it. The action is thrilling and the visuals are easily better than its predecessor. You do not get to battle the same number of villains as in the previous game but the villains here fit the story perfectly.

You can use a new set of powers with this new spiderman and the costume skins are creative. You get the classic Miles Morales costume from the comics, his new suit and the suit from the 2018 Into the SpiderVerse movie. Running it on the Ps5 makes it better with the dual sense controller, sending awesome sensations into your body.

A few honourable mentions are Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Watch Dogs: Legion, Hitman 3, Fortnite and SackBoy: A Big Adventure. That’s our list of top Ps5 games you should try, do you agree with the list? Let us know in the comments below.
